This is perfect for those who struggle with PMS, cramps, aching, and monthly discomfort and would like a natural solution rather than another pill. 

We created our Time of the Month Rollerball to use on the lower abdomen and low back to help:

• Soothe menstrual cramps & aching
• Relax tight, tense muscles
