Thank you for choosing Petal & Pine Restorative Botanicals. Each order is handcrafted, packed with care, and sent from our studio in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. We take great pride in preparing every package so it arrives safely, freshly made, and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Each order is prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday). During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Shipping Within the U.S.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after it leaves our studio.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (usually 2–3 business days).
Orders of $125 or more qualify for free standard shipping—a little thank you for supporting small-batch wellness.

International Shipping

We’re delighted to share our botanicals beyond the U.S. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey home to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

If Something Goes Wrong

We do everything possible to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us at petalnpinerb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation promptly and make it right.

Address Accuracy

Before finalizing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is correct. We’re unable to refund or replace packages that are lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
