Return & Refund Policy

At Petal & Pine Restorative Botanicals, every product is mindfully handcrafted in small batches using pure, nature-inspired ingredients. We take great care in blending, bottling, and packaging each item so that it reaches you in its freshest form.

Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been opened or used. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’ll gladly help make it right.

Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief note about the issue.
  • If a return is requested, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update on the approval status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at petalnpinerb@gmail.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us first before sending any items back so we can guide you through the process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, we’ll provide the return address and simple instructions for mailing it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue results from our error.
